Customer Care Specialist (English/German)

Join our dynamic team and work from our bustling office in Amsterdam. We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist with an excellent command of both English and German. After an intensive training day, you'll be ready to go full throttle, given the urgency and complexity of the project.

What  will you be doing?
  • You are the first contact person for customers and play a crucial role in communicating the recall;
  • You do not make grammatical language mistakes and have an excellent sense of language that allows you to communicate flawlessly in both English and German.
  • You will provide email and telephone support to customers, ensuring that they are addressed clearly and in a friendly manner;
  • You keep important records and ensure accurate recording of information about any claims;
  • You cooperate with internal and external specialists to ensure smooth handling of the recall;
  • You will organize logistical solutions and liaise with partners to ensure everything runs smoothly;
  • You will start working at one of our partners and ensure that the cooperation runs smoothly;
Who are you? 
  • You are available immediately;
  • You have an HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have experience in customer contact and know how to speak to customers in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Excellent command of English and German, additional language skills are a plus;
  • You are flexibly available both weekdays and weekends from 09:00 to 22:00;
  • You are empathetic, responsible and have a passion for customer service;
     
What do we offer? 
  • Money! That is; €16.00,- gross per hour with additional allowances for evenings, weekends and holidays;
  • Working on location in the heart of Amsterdam, in an inspiring and dynamic environment;
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with the possibility to work more hours;
  • Access to Goodhabitz training courses to further develop your skills.
