Your Mission

As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll guide customers across social media, email, and phone, always with a tone that fits the brand and a mindset that aims for “wow, thanks!” instead of just “okay.”

What you’ll be doing

For McDonald’s Belgium, you engage with customers across social media and email in French, Dutch, and English, ensuring every message reflects the brand’s signature tone. You dive into digital challenges, from loyalty program glitches to app issues and order-related questions, and turn complex problems into simple, clear solutions. When issues escalate, you step in with calm confidence, acting as the friendly and reliable link between customers and internal teams.
For Action in France and Wallonia, you support former employees with sensitive HR-related questions, guiding them with care and clarity. You also manage the full customer journey for the Action Webshop, helping shoppers with delivery updates, product inquiries, and logistics issues. Additionally, you monitor online conversations and community sentiment, jumping in where needed to maintain Action’s digital reputation and keep the brand vibe positive and engaging.

A job that fits your schedule

Whether you have a busy study week, or a couple of extra days to help customers in need, you are in charge of your schedule. We have shifts from 4 up to 8 hours. Working shifts vairy per client, here’s the hours you could be planned:
  • McDonalds BE: 2pm-9:30pm
  • Action: 9am-5:30PM and 12pm-8pm
You can easily fill in your availability. We make sure you’ll have your schedule ready three weeks ahead of time.

Who You Are

  • You’re bilingual (French and English, Dutch is a plus) and switch languages as easily as switching tabs.
  • You enjoy spotting problems and solving them before anyone says “help?”.
  • You stay calm, friendly, and clear even when the pressure rises.
  • You pick up new tools fast and love improving how things can be done.
