At RIFF, you’ll immediately get started making a difference for our customers, using your communication skills and service oriented mindset.
As the first point of contact, you help customers via phone, email, and social media with questions about products, orders, delivery times, and warranties. No day is the same! Whether it’s a quick question or a challenging issue, you make sure to deliver top service.
You answer customer questions about products, orders, delivery times, and warranties, both by phone and email;
You always remain calm and friendly, even with an upset customer. You know how to guide the conversation in a positive direction and make sure the customer ends the call satisfied and with a smile;
You actively think along about possible improvements and take initiative whenever possible;
No two days are the same, because every customer and every question is unique. You ensure every customer receives the best possible service;
You effortlessly switch between French and English when needed;
You speak and write fluently in both French and English;
You are available 16–24 or 24–32 hours per week per week and can start as soon as possible;
You are flexible to work Monday through Sunday between 09:00 and 21:00, with shifts of 4, 6, or 8 hours;
You will take a paid training to start well prepared;
You work hybrid: 40% at the office, 60% from home, the perfect mix of teamwork and flexibility;
Completing an assessment is part of the application process;
You have proven experience in customer service;
An hourly wage of €14.85 gross per hour, plus extra allowances and 8% holiday pay;
Travel allowance, even if you live nearby;
